Delivery Time
Our typical delivery window is 3–5 business days for most PIN codes. For remote or out-of-service areas, you can check estimated timelines directly on the DTDC website before ordering.
Packaging
Each letter is neatly packed in an elegant envelope for a premium experience. We handle your letters with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Coverage
We cover almost all serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location is remote, delivery may take slightly longer — you can check availability before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your letter is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email. You can use this on the DTDC Tracking Page to check the real-time status of your delivery.
