India Post does not collect on a Sunday. No courier picks up. A letter posted anywhere in India on a Sunday sits until Monday morning - which is a day too late, and the reason people send flowers instead.
Ours goes by rider. Sunday is an ordinary day.
You don't have to be in Delhi. They do.
Order from London, Dubai, Bangalore. The only person who needs to be in the delivery area is the one receiving the letter - so a note in your own words can be in your mother's hands in Delhi this evening while you are on the other side of the world.
Why a letter, and why today
Flowers say someone spent money. A letter in your handwriting says someone spent time, and it is still in a drawer ten years later. The anniversary you forgot. The apology that cannot wait. Someone flying out tomorrow. Someone in hospital.
How it works
Write it
Type what you want to say. There is a helper if the first line is hard. You write the words; we do the handwriting.
Add their address
Enter the pincode. If it is in the area, same-day delivery appears as a choice at checkout.
A rider takes it
We write it out by hand, seal it, and it goes straight to their door. You get a message when it has been delivered.

127 pincodes across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad city. Gurgaon and Faridabad are not covered yet.

How late can I order for today?
Before 5pm. After that it goes tomorrow, same price. Checkout tells you which one you are buying before you pay.
Sundays as well?
Yes, every day. India Post has no Sunday collection and couriers do not pick up, so every other handwritten letter in India waits until Monday. Ours goes by rider.
Where do you deliver the same day?
127 pincodes across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad city. Not the whole NCR - Gurgaon and Faridabad are not included. Check the pincode above rather than guessing.
I am not in Delhi. Can I still send one?
Yes, and most people who use this are not. Only the person receiving it needs to be in the area.
What if nobody is home?
The rider calls the number on the order before arriving. If it cannot be handed over, it comes back to us and goes out again the next day at no extra cost.
Is it really handwritten?
By a person, in ink, that afternoon. That is why express is handwritten only - there is no quicker way to write a letter by hand than to sit down and write it.
What does it cost?
₹1199 for the letter and ₹250 to have it ridden over today. Ordinary post is included in the letter price and takes 3-7 business days; the ₹250 only buys the speed.
