Do I need to create an account?
No account is required. Just write your message, add the recipient's details, and pay - we take care of the rest.
Can I preview how my letter will look?
Yes. A live font preview shows exactly how your message will appear before you pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our physical products, all orders are final. Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Can I send an anonymous letter?
Absolutely. If you don't sign your name, the recipient sees only what you've written. Your billing details are never shared.
Is delivery charged extra?
No, and it never will be. Posting a letter properly costs us between ₹80 and ₹130 depending on where it's going - we absorb that and we don't price by distance. Jaipur or Jorhat, it's the same price. Almost everyone else adds shipping at the last step; we'd rather you saw the real number first.
How do I track my letter?
We use Shiprocket for all deliveries. As soon as your letter is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–5 business days for most Indian cities. Remote areas may take a little longer.
What if the address is incorrect?
Contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to fix it. Once shipped, the destination can't be changed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver within India only. International delivery is coming soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major methods via Razorpay - UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We never store your card or bank details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Because each letter is custom-made for you, we accept prepaid orders only.
How does the AI writing help work?
While writing, you can ask our assistant (powered by Google Gemini) to help you start, expand, or fix grammar - your words stay yours.
What paper do you use?
Every letter is written on 100gsm premium cream paper - softer on the eye than pure white, and it makes handwriting look its best.
Can I attach photos?
Yes - upload up to 3 photos during ordering and we'll print them on photo paper (2.3×3.5" or 3×3") and tuck them inside.
