Who actually writes it?

A person, by hand, at the table in those photographs. Handwritten means handwritten - we don't use a plotter or a cursive font.

Is delivery charged extra?

No, and it never will be. Postage anywhere in India is already inside the price you see, and nothing is added at the last step.

How long does it take?

Your letter is written and posted within a couple of days, then 3-7 business days in transit.

Can I see it before it goes?

Yes. You see a real A4 page as you write, laid out exactly as it will be printed, and you can fix a typo right up until you pay.
