I'm outside India — can I order and pay?
Yes. Order and pay online from anywhere in the world — international cards are accepted. The letter is written and posted within India, so there's no international postage or customs wait.
Will it look like it came from me?
Yes — it's your words, signed the way you sign, addressed to your family in your name. We're only the pen and the post. What your family holds is a letter from you.
How can a soldier send a letter home without going to a post office?
Type the letter on your phone whenever you have signal, give us your family's home address, and pay online. We write it out by hand in India and post it to them — no stationery, no stamps, no queue at your end.
Can I send a letter home to my wife and one to my children separately?
Yes — place each as its own order so every envelope carries only that person's name. Children in particular love getting their own daak with their name on it rather than sharing a family letter.
Can I schedule a letter home for a birthday or anniversary while I have network?
Yes. Choose a scheduled delivery date at checkout and write it now, weeks ahead if you like. Otherwise place the order 5–6 days before the day you want it to land.
Can I write home in Hindi?
Yes — English, Hindi or Hinglish, whichever is how you actually speak to them. For parents and grandparents, Hindi in a familiar hand is usually what moves them most.
What should I write home when I cannot say where I am?
Write about you, not the place. That you ate, slept, laughed at something; that you thought of them at a particular hour. Families mostly want proof that you are still yourself. You need never mention duty details at all.
Can I add photos or extras?
You can attach up to 3 printed photos, add a wax seal or scented paper at checkout — every letter is on 100gsm premium cream paper.
