Your Team Will Delete the All-Staff Diwali Email in Four Seconds
Every company sends the same festive email with the same diya graphic, and every employee archives it unread. A letter posted to someone's home, with their name written out, is the version of the same gesture that people photograph and show their families.

Why send a letter
It goes to their home
A letter arriving at an employee's house is seen by their family. Almost nothing else a company sends ever is.
Individually written, never copied
Each letter carries that person's name and whatever you want said to them specifically. Nothing is photocopied or mail-merged.
Cheaper than the hamper
The standard Diwali hamper is forgotten by December. A letter naming what someone actually did is remembered into the next appraisal.

This year you shipped the thing everybody said could not be done in the time we had. I would rather say that on paper than in a company-wide email that gets archived. Thank you for the year. Have a Diwali that is properly switched off - you have earned it.
Happy Diwali. In a year of moving deadlines, you were the person I never had to follow up with, and that is rarer than it should be. Enjoy the break, don't open the laptop, and come back when you are actually rested.
Wishing you and your family a bright and safe Diwali, and thank you for a year of good work. The office is better for having you in it. Take the break properly.

Can a company order Diwali letters for its whole team?
Yes - write to us for bulk festive orders. Each letter is individually written or printed with the employee's name; nothing is photocopied. Tell us the headcount and we will confirm what is possible before the cutoff.
Handwritten or printed for a company Diwali letter?
Printed reads crisp and formal at 499 and is the practical choice above a handful of people; handwritten at 699 is warmer and is what founders' letters should be. Handwritten volume is capped each season because a real person writes every one.
Will the letter reach before Diwali?
We produce your letter within a day and send it by tracked post - typically 3-6 days anywhere in India. Order about a week before the festival to be comfortable. Post volumes climb steeply in the fortnight before Diwali, so earlier is genuinely better for this one.
How do I send Diwali letters to remote employees in different cities?
Give us each home address and we post anywhere in India. For remote teams this is often the only physical thing the company ever sends, which is exactly why it works.
What should a company write in a Diwali letter to employees?
Name something real. One sentence about what that person or team actually did this year beats three paragraphs of festive language, and it is the difference between a letter and a circular.
Is a Diwali letter better than the usual corporate hamper?
They do different jobs, and the letter is the one that is still in a drawer in March. If the budget only stretches to one, the letter is the one that names the person.
How early should a company order Diwali letters for staff?
Earlier than feels necessary. Volume orders need production time and festival-season post is slow, so bulk orders should be placed well before the individual-order cutoff rather than in the final week.
