What does LetterByPost sell?

Real physical letters, sent as a personal gift. You write your message online and LetterByPost either prints it or has a person write it out by hand on 100gsm premium cream paper, seals it in an envelope and posts it to any address in India. Optional extras include a hand-pressed wax seal, a pressed flower, scented paper, up to three printed photographs, and delivery scheduled for a future date.

How much does it cost to send a letter?

A Printed letter is ₹699 and a Handwritten letter is ₹1199, inclusive of GST. Optional add-ons like a wax seal (₹100) or photo attachments (₹100) cost extra, a scented envelope is ₹50, and scheduling delivery for a future date is ₹100.

Is delivery charged extra?

No. Postage anywhere in India is included in the letter price, with no distance pricing and no shipping charge added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long does delivery take?

We post your letter within 48 hours of payment. Delivery takes 3-7 business days anywhere in India, and your tracking number arrives by email.

Can I cancel my order?

No - due to the personalized and custom nature of our physical products, all orders placed on LetterbyPost are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
